They were very friendly and helpful. The location offered easy access to walking paths near the loch. Breakfast was also great and accommodating to requests.
The bathroom wasn't super clean. I noticed clear dirt in the corners, a small letdown.

slow order squeaky floorboards
the staff were helpful. the room was clean and spacious when i arrived.
I encountered some issues with the dinner service. it took an excessively long time to get my order. Nearly 90 minutes after ordering, i had to ask about my main course. the order had not been put in the kitchen. This was strange because the starter came quickly. also, the room's floorboards squeaked loudly. i could hear everyone passing by in the corridor.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views

warm welcome beautiful guest room comfortable bed
I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival. The beautiful guest room had fine views from the window. The bed was one of the most comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. The food choice was GREAT!!!
The check-in process was slow. I had to carry two suitcases to the second floor. There was no offer of assistance, and one staircase was narrow.
