i was pleased to find complimentary access to the leisure facilities. my beautiful double or twin room offered a separate seating area, very convenient. the equestrian arena view was lovely. the grounds were neatly maintained, a testament to the hotel's attention to detail.
the breakfast buffet lacked some variety on the final morning, slightly disappointing.

i found the room cleaning subpar. when i arrived, it was clear the room had not been properly hoovered. i also noticed the furniture was dusty, and the bathroom sink was blocked. this was disappointing, especially considering i booked a beautiful room.

Our lodge included a comfortable living area and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing snacks. The grounds were maintained beautifully. I noted meticulous landscaping throughout. Breakfast featured fresh pastries and a selection of fruit. I found the dining experience pleasant.
I found the signage within the complex could be slightly improved, as it was a little confusing to navigate initially.

i liked that everything i asked for was already in the room. breakfast was so very good. the room i had was nice and the pillows was comfy now. dinner was very good too. the staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. the grounds are pretty and the view from the room was super.
it was a shame that the hot tub was closed for servicing . we did not expect this inconvenience.
