i found the staff very efficient. the hotel was lovely, clean, and modern. the location was very convenient. i really had an enjoyable experience here.

My room was small. I know it's called cozy but there were just two stools. i also heard loud music late at night , made it hard to sleep.

loved my stay! seriously!

I really loved the location! the luas is super close. made getting around so easy. the room was cozy and had everything i needed! the shower pressure was awesome too. Perfect after a long day.

the window didn't close properly! that let in a bit of noise, but it wasn't too bad! i hope they fix it soon, though.

the hotel has great restaurants and an excellent breakfast. the rooftop restaurant has amazing views! there is also a gym and spa. i didn't get to use those but saw them.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated it. they helped me with directions and recommendations! everyone was very engaging, and . i felt so welcomed.

it's very near a luas station! made traveling easy. the hotel's location is also near concert venues. there's parking close by in the point village, convenient!
