rooftop bar staff recommendations lack of toiletries cracked sink
i found the rooftop bar lovely i managed to have a drink before it closed the staff provided great recommendations for a pre match dinner the recommendations led us to a proper rugby pub near the match location
i was surprised there were no toiletries in the room water was not provided unless i wanted to pay extra i found the sink to be cracked and stained there was no iron initially available in the room

room upgrade great setup heated pool massive bed
the staff upgraded my room after a short chat at check in. this. i slept soundly in the massive bed the gym had a great setup. i also used a heated pool in the morning.
i found that the room was quite small but was sufficient for my needs.

trendy hotel great view modern gym stylish rooms
the hotel is very trendy! sophie's restaurant offered great views, superb food, and great service at night. the rooms were stylish and a good size. the gym was modern, possibly the most modern i have ever seen at a hotel.
noise from a nearby club was present, and the earbuds provided were ineffective.

well stocked room equipped spa area lovely restaurant good time
the room was well stocked with anything i needed. the spa area was well equipped for the size too. the restaurant was also lovely and i recommend adding breakfast before because you can't add it on afterwards. i had a good time here
the changing rooms for the pool are not very clean and the floors were filthy. the showers were covered in hair and dust was everywhere
