spa retreat success
spa products therapy rooms delicious scones ample space
the hotel provided temple spa products. the afternoon tea featured delicious scones. the spa offered various therapy rooms. there was also ample space and plentiful loungers. i found flip flops and robes provided, a nice addition. the food was delicious, and the staff proved helpful. i also liked the atmosphere. i found the pool and spa very enjoyable. our room was big and included everything needed.
one slight issue was having to pay for parking.

brasserie meals staff helpfulness breakfast quality
I appreciated the brasserie meals. The wine and cocktail selection was expansive. breakfasts were very good as well. the staff were helpful. This.
the parking incurred an additional charge because i did not book direct with the hotel, this was a surprise.

UNDERWHELMING stay. Service issues DETRACTED.
rushed meal disappointing experience
The restaurant experience was quite annoying. I arrived 15 minutes early for my reservation, but I was told to come back later. Once seated and eating my main course, a waiter asked if I planned to order dessert because the chef wanted to leave. I felt rushed. It soured what should have been a relaxing meal. It was a very DISAPPOINTING dining experience.

a reflective stay
spa facilities outdoor terrace cute staff hard bed expensive parking high price
the spa facilities were a real highlight of my visit the cleanliness was very apparent throughout the area i found the staff to be cute and helpful i also enjoyed the food served at the hotel. the outdoor terrace area looked fine and i spent some time relaxing there.
my room was okay but the bed felt quite hard the pillows provided lacked support for my neck i could also hear people talking next door i had to upgrade for this reason. i found the parking to be expensive at £15 per night i was not advised about this charge when checking in. the happy hour prices seemed high to me as well.

the staff were friendly as always.
we did not eat there this visit as we found the menu limited. the cocktails were gorgeous, but the food options were just not extensive enough for our taste.
