The welcome was genuinely warm upon arrival. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. breakfast service stood out. My drinks were prepared promptly each morning by sammi.
the bar closed rather early, which limited evening socializing opportunities!

the food tasted fine and there were Plenty of drinks available.
the steak i ordered was honestly terrible. it WAS full of gristle, and it seemed like nobody cared about the quality of the meat. i also waited ages for my drinks, almost half an hour. this is just unacceptable.
