adequate stay with noticeable issues

delicious fooddirty bed basesunpleasant odor
the food tasted good, especially everything i had in the restaurant.
The room cleanliness disappointed me. I noticed the toilets were not cleaned properly and the bed bases looked dirty. hot water in the showers was also an issue, even after maintenance tried to fix it. additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in both the hallways and rooms. That impacted my overall experience.

i found the staff very friendly. amisha helped with the room cleaning. she provided extra cleaning since i traveled with my pet. she also gave a complimentary gift for my baby. this.

I enjoyed my room overlooking the beach side and found it nice. Rooms were clean. They were well maintained. The resort has green plants. It offered easy access to the beach. The staff is nice and helpful.
Servicing at the restaurant needs improvement a lot. Food service for ala carte was too slow way.
