really good view comfortable bedding staff attitude cold check-in
the bathroom had really good views. the bed and bedding were very comfortable i slept well each night.
i was disappointed with the front desk staff's attitude. i was not greeted with a smile at check-in it felt cold.

unprofessional behavior hallway laughter
the breakfast spread was balanced and filling i would return for it
i experienced unprofessional behavior i was refused another glass of wine unless i finished my drink this was supposedly to avoid too many glasses on the table the assistant manager handled it unprofessionally she ignored us and laughed in the hallway afterward

charmed by the perfect service
fabulous dinner warm greeting charming touch
the team made my 50th birthday lovely with a fabulous dinner. hermon greeted us warmly, and jega assisted with the wine. the food was really good, and the birthday cake at the end was a charming touch.
The diffusers in the check-in lobby were a bit strong. It might affect guests with breathing issues!

the room included luxurious bedding and very nice housekeeping services. the suite had amazing views of the marina. the floor was covered with a large rug.

the hotel is located near major roads and the mass transit system. several shopping centres are within easy walking distance. the hotel provides the best view of marina bay and any fireworks displays that may occur.
