The hotel location was acceptable. I could easily access nearby shops.

The room was small. I had barely enough space to move around. the bathroom lacked privacy. The sink was next to the bed, and the toilet and shower were separated by a glass wall. also, i found the self-service check-in clumsy.

the location is just off orchard road so great for catching the mtr and buses, there are many places locally to eat and shop.

the room was too small for us. we could barely move around. this would be ok if i were traveling solo for short stays only. i do not recommend it for couples or if you are planning to stay a while and are traveling with lots of suitcases.

Excellent stay in Orchard

I arrived very early and the staff allowed me to wait by the amazing pool. Later, they gave me early check-in for free, which I really appreciated. The hotel location is very convenient, just a short walk from the busy streets. I found the hotel very clean and well kept.

The room was a little small, but this was manageable.

The hotel is very accessible to Orchard Road, and a bus stop offers easy access for exploring. The location is also near the metro. I explored several places by public transport with no issues.

The staff was very great (during check-in and check-out). They assisted me with my luggage storage on my last day. The digital check-in and check-out process was easy to use with staff assistance as needed.

The breakfast buffet provided a great variety of fresh options. I enjoyed both Western and Asian selections. Everything tasted fresh. The breakfast was well-organized, high-quality, and constantly replenished. (a perfect way to start the day).
