The staff were very helpful and friendly. I found the location excellent as it was in the centre of town. The food was great. Breakfast was included and cooked to order, a great value.
The shower was very weak. That slightly detracted from an otherwise positive room experience.

Breakfast was included and cooked to order. Dinners at the pub were gorgeous. I did not expect such quality at a pub. The wine selection complemented the meals nicely, it was a real treat.

Staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with requests, but sometimes, their solutions were not immediately effective! The staff explained the noise issues were beyond their control, i think it's fair.

Check-in was simple. I found my double room spacious and clean. The location is great. It's near historic attractions. The pub restaurant offered excellent food at good prices.
Parking is limited to four vehicles and can be a tight space (something to keep in mind).

the staff was so attentive. they really looked after us! the home-cooked food was delicious and the breakfast was made to order, amazing. i especially appreciated frankie and all the staff for making our stay nice. the service was great!
The room had a bright green emergency light. It illuminated the room all night. i was unable to sleep because of it.

the room was clean that was okay.
parking was a real problem. the yard behind the place could only hold four cars and its super tight. i had to ask them move some bins just so i could get my car in and out it was a joke.

the room was super clean and decorated so nicely! the staff were so friendly and the food was really good (especially the breakfast!). warwick castle was just a five-minute walk away, and the shops were close too. a saturday market right outside the pub was an added bonus.
i found the nearby parking a little challenging, but there is a public car park nearby.

the double room was modern and very clean. it included complimentary tea and coffee, so convenient! the bed was really comfortable and i had such a good night's sleep.

the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). for dinner, i had a really tasty steak and a roast the next night, both were good quality. i loved that the food was really good and plentiful.
