Acceptable stay, but some issues
good locationterrible noise
The location was good, and it was easy to reach many important places.
My room faced the street, and the noise at night was awful. I didn't get much sleep because of the loud music until early morning, even with earplugs. The hotel should invest in soundproof windows.

the location is prime.. i could easily walk to the river, restaurants, and transport. the staff was also very helpful. the hotel room had a good standard and everything was clean.

The reception staff was helpful answering my questions. Housekeeping was perfect each day . I RECEIVED complimentary pastries, porto wine, and coffee. THE shower in my room had strong water pressure.
The noise from nearby bars continued until early morning , making sleep difficult.

the room had a nice, spacious layout.
The incessant noise from nearby bars made sleep impossible. It went on until 3am. earplugs were provided. but those offered minimal relief. i definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value a good night's rest.
