the location is excellent as it is very close to many attractions. the staff provided a warm welcome including wine at checkin. breakfast included varied portuguese and continental options. i found the staff very friendly and helpful.
the hotel is located in an busy and touristy area which can be congested and loud.

The breakfast was quite good. It had a varied mix of options.
I was disappointed to find that the room felt cramped. It wasn't the cozy vibe i was expecting. cockroaches kept appearing in the shower. I reported this to reception. they only offered a very small discount for a future stay. It felt insulting.
