a nice stay!
attentive staff complimentary treat perfect location
The staff was attentive and always ready to assist with any requests i had. i appreciated the complimentary pasteis de nata and port wine offered at reception, a lovely touch. the hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. It was easy to explore the city from here.
the room i was assigned was a bit small, especially with luggage, but it was manageable for my short stay.

amazing friendliness ideal location public transportation
The reception staff demonstrated amazing friendliness and helpfulness. The location is ideal for walking, shopping, and dining. The proximity to attractions and public transportation made exploring very straightforward and enjoyable. I found this accessibility very convenient.
The noise from the busy pedestrian street was considerable. Late-night music and street cleaning sounds sometimes disrupted sleep! I recommend earplugs for light sleepers or requesting a room away from the street.

superb location breakfast variety small room limited light
The location was superb (I could walk to most attractions!). The included breakfast had a great variety of fresh products, including fruit, yogurt, and pastries.
The room was a bit small. The window faced a wall, so there wasn't much natural light.

little natural light unpleasant view
the location was right in the heart of everything i wanted to see.
i was disappointed with the room, it was dark and the small window offered little natural light. i had to keep the lights on all the time. the view was directly into a nearby building, it wasnt pleasant.
