friendly staff menu recommendations
the staff was friendly , from check-in to dining. i think laura, one of the duty managers, engaged me in conversation during my evening meal ,and kenny served me with a smile , offering menu recommendations.
i noticed mold all over the sealant in the shower , this must have been there for weeks.

Really good Amenities and Service
friendly staff menu recommendation efficient service perfect location
I found the staff friendly from check-in through dining service. Laura, a Duty Manager, engaged in conversation during my evening meal. Kenny served me with a smile and offered menu recommendations and Katie at the bar was efficient on her first day. The breakfast was excellent, and the location suited my visit perfectly.
I noticed the carpet was a bit worn in some areas of the hotel.

lovely size hospitality tray
The room was a lovely size. The bathroom was great, and it was good to have both a bath and a shower. Everything felt very fresh and clean. Towels and the hospitality tray were refreshed for my second night.
Trip Advisor lists this as a 4 star hotel though it definitely feels more like a 2.5 star hotel.

enormous room supportive staff fresh breakfast
The room was enormous and super clean. The staff was superb and supportive. Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked, which I found AMAZING!!!
I wasn't told that the carpark was shared with the football club.

large car park friendly welcome dated bedroom uncomfortable bed
the car park was large, i liked it. the staff offered a friendly welcome upon arrival. good food were available in the restaurant. carling lager was available, which i appreciate.
the bedroom felt dated, i think. the bed was not comfortable, i slept bad. the window was drafty, i felt cold.
