The location is accessible. the rooms are spacious. I could easily move around with my luggage. ample parking was available and it made arrival easy. the gym on site was convenient. I maintained my exercise routine during my trip.
the menu prices displayed on the tv guide in my room did not match those in the restaurant. i was informed it was a system error! this caused confusion when i ordered.

The Alexander Fleming room was perfect for asbestos training I delivered. Lynne S was helpful. She was very accommodating. The course attendees received it very well!
I was disappointed the hotel did not have a balcony. I am a smoker, so that was an issue. The hotel felt very cold to me and I had to request an extra heater. I also had problems contacting the hotel about treatments before my stay. I received no response.
