The room was comfy and VERY well appointed. I was happy to get both an arm chair and a desk chair. The shower was powerful and it had bath sheets instead of just towels. The staff were good.
The walls seemed paper thin. I could hear someone walking in the next room. Kids started screaming at 6am. The food in the restaurant was REALLY poor for the price.

the location is great for anyone wanting to be near old trafford. the room had sports channels on tv (i watched a match!).
i waited a while to check out. the parking situation was not properly explained to me (i found this frustrating).

The location is superb. It is really close to the tram. I could easily move around. The staff were very helpful and cute.
The bar area was quite small. It became crowded quickly. The food was somewhat expensive. The seats ran out quickly even on a relatively quiet night.

The staff greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm. I felt immediately at home. our room included complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the mini-fridge. the rooftop football pitch was such a fun addition, offering an amazing space to play and relax.

excellent showercomfortable bedaccurate directions
i stayed for several nights. the shower was excellent and included very good complimentary toiletries. i found accurate directions to the parking area on arrival. i also found the bed in the room very comfortable.
some corridors seemed to lack notable football decor, given the hotel's theme.
