Surprisingly charming stay near Old Trafford
generous room comfortable bed complimentary snacks
The room size was very generous. I found a big shower and comfortable bed. The telly included many sport channels. Complimentary Vimto and Space Raiders snacks were a fun touch. shampoo and body butter were really nice too.
The parking situation was confusing. Staff seemed to lack information. They couldn't confirm how long i was registered for in the car park. Paying extra to avoid fines felt unfair, it was a bad start

The hotel features a rooftop pitch available for family fun. It provides an enjoyable, unique amenity. A well maintained building also offered generously proportioned spaces. I would say the hotel is well equipped.

The location offers easy access to town. It is just over the water from media city. Being close to the tram line made it simple to get around. I found the hotel accessible.

Staff provided a warm welcome and accurate directions to the parking area. The team was also professional. They provided helpful service overall to ensure a easy visit

powerful shower desk chair arm chair thin wall screaming kid poor food
The room was comfy and VERY well appointed. I was happy to get both an arm chair and a desk chair. The shower was powerful and it had bath sheets instead of just towels. The staff were good.
The walls seemed paper thin. I could hear someone walking in the next room. Kids started screaming at 6am. The food in the restaurant was REALLY poor for the price.

great location sports channels long wait parking situation
the location is great for anyone wanting to be near old trafford. the room had sports channels on tv (i watched a match!).
i waited a while to check out. the parking situation was not properly explained to me (i found this frustrating).

The location is superb. It is really close to the tram. I could easily move around. The staff were very helpful and cute.
The bar area was quite small. It became crowded quickly. The food was somewhat expensive. The seats ran out quickly even on a relatively quiet night.

The staff greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm. I felt immediately at home. our room included complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks in the mini-fridge. the rooftop football pitch was such a fun addition, offering an amazing space to play and relax.

the staff were very friendly. i observed employees proactively helping guests with directions and luggage. staff ensured the bar remained open late, accommodating those returning from events.

excellent shower comfortable bed accurate directions
i stayed for several nights. the shower was excellent and included very good complimentary toiletries. i found accurate directions to the parking area on arrival. i also found the bed in the room very comfortable.
some corridors seemed to lack notable football decor, given the hotel's theme.
