convenient locationsewage odorsmall shower
the location was quite convenient, precisely the reason i booked it.
The room allocated to me initially was quite disappointing. It smelled like sewage. they changed the room immediately after i reported the odor (surely pre-let checks take place!). also, the shower was so small you practically had to turn off the water to lather up (it was barely wider than a person).

a pleasant stay

clean showerhelpful staffwindow glazing
I found the staff to be quite helpful. Rebecca at reception kindly stored our luggage safely after we checked out. the room had a lovely, clean shower and the beds were a good size. I very much appreciated these amenities. the beds offered an excellent sleep experience.
the window glazing was not effective, i could hear outside noise throughout the night, and this disrupted my sleep. i think improved soundproofing would enhance future stays. the noise was hard to bear during the night.
Rooms

The spacious room featured two large, comfortable beds. It also included a big bathroom complete with both a tub and shower. i found it quite quiet. the beds added to the tranquil ambiance.

The breakfast had various choices. Luiza, the manager, was helpful and provided tips about local transport. florinda was also friendly and helpful at breakfast. I acknowledge their great service. the staff were all amazing.

dated ROOM and RADIATOR trouble

convenient locationfaulty radiatorwater damage
The location proved convenient enough to get around.
My room was not up to scratch with my expectations and the radiator failed to work properly. I woke up shivering in the middle of the night, its frustrating to deal with such basic problems. I found some tea stains on the bedside table, and the bathroom mirror had water damage at the bottom. This created a bad impression.
