nisha at reception arranged an early check in it was very thoughtful. the superior double room had splendid river views i saw. tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits were there in my room. the bathroom included shower gel and shampoo those were complimentary.

the car park entrance seemed tight for larger vehicles it was not a major issue for me.

breakfast tasted good i enjoyed it. the evening meal included excellent options the service seemed attentive. limited parking space was one of the few downsides i noted the meals were tasty.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to waterways i walked there. i found the building historically interesting with canal views. the staff delivered great service azouz was helpful he helped so much.

The staff was friendly, but I did expect more from the room.

The cleanliness in the room was disappointing. There was dust in several places. I found dust on the TV and behind the furniture. This detracted from the overall experience.

I stayed in a Double Room. The room included tea, coffee, and biscuits. The wardrobe provided ample hanging space, and there was a large cupboard. The bathroom was sizeable with a bath and overhead shower..

The entrance to the car park felt a little tight.
