lovely stay!
spacious room bathroom radio adjustable lighting
I found the room very spacious. the built-in radio in the bathroom mirror was a fun surprise! i also liked the adjustable lighting. It.
the gym did not have ac, and i felt it was a bit too hot for a comfortable workout..

attentive staff complimentary upgrade friendly service high cleanliness
i was very happy with the cleanliness, it was excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially nereida. i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. kevin and bob were also very attentive and provided great service.
the breakfast was a bit expensive , but overall the stay was excellent.

the wellness area included a jacuzzi , a dry sauna and a steam room. the gym had limited equipment , but it sufficed for a basic workout. the hotel also features two elevators for convenient access to all floors.

the reception staff were cute and helpful. i received an early check in, greatly appreciated after a long journey. nereida assisted in setting up the smart tv , allowing me to stream my netflix account.

the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness, communicated fluently in english, and remained readily available. the room and bathroom maintained cleanliness and provided comfort. the bed offered ample space and a good sleep experience. the toiletries included humorous captions and demonstrated high quality.
i noticed some limited variety for a vegetarian diet at breakfast.

prime location sauna feature helpful staff
The hotel location features two metro stations. I visited all main tourism sites within 30 minutes. The jacuzzi and sauna. Kevin and Bob were fun and cool and helped me.
The gym did not have enough free weights.

Excellent stay and service!
free upgrade helpful staff
The staff was nice. The front desk upgraded us to a bigger room for free! We also got complimentary room service for one day, and they stored our luggage after checkout. It was helpful.

mixed experience with some drawbacks
poor air conditioning unavailable internet
the air conditioning performed poorly. the room temperature reached 27 degrees celsius during the afternoon. internet access was unavailable for a few days. this disruption was due to an alleged issue with the provider.

modern room convenient location helpful staff easy transportation
The room was modern with light controls. It was cleaned daily. The hotel's location is convenient. It is near two metro stops, so getting around the city was easy. I felt safe . The staff was helpful with extra toothpaste when I forgot mine (shops were closed!).
The gym did not have air conditioning and it was very hot. there were no towels in the gym.
