the staff greeted me by name upon arrival. they also walked me to my room and explained the hotel layout, so kind. i saw birthday treats in the room, such a nice surprise. the spa offered mixed sauna and steam rooms.

i noticed a slight delay when i requested extra towels one evening.

the staff provided assistance with luggage promptly. reception efficiently managed check-in, and i received a welcome drink. turndown service prepared the room each evening, a really nice touch.

the staff was fabulous throughout my stay. i enjoyed the spa facilities and the treatments i received, a lazy lunch on the lawn was great. it was relaxing, the staff were cute and the food tasted great.

the absence of eggs on the regular breakfast menu was surprising. however, they were available upon request, it would be better if they were included.

the room included lip balm, pillow mist, fluffy towels and bathrobes. herbal teabags and a coffee machine were also available. i slept well in the comfortable bed (it was huge!).
