helpful staff room upgrade excellent service
The staff was very helpful . I received a room upgrade with a glass of wine upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. The food in the restaurant was good, and the service was excellent (the sommelier was very helpful).
The pool was very small.

warm greeting birthday treats mixed sauna
the staff greeted me by name upon arrival. they also walked me to my room and explained the hotel layout, so kind. i saw birthday treats in the room, such a nice surprise. the spa offered mixed sauna and steam rooms.
i noticed a slight delay when i requested extra towels one evening.

the staff provided assistance with luggage promptly. reception efficiently managed check-in, and i received a welcome drink. turndown service prepared the room each evening, a really nice touch.

the hotel offered ample parking. i also found that nearby hungerford had antique shops. a wonderful vegan brunch was available at eliane café, a pleasant surprise.

the breakfast included a wide selection of fresh pastries and fruit. the bar had an extensive wine list. the restaurant offered a tasting menu, and i thought it was one of the best.

excellent break
fabulous staff spa facilities
the staff was fabulous throughout my stay. i enjoyed the spa facilities and the treatments i received, a lazy lunch on the lawn was great. it was relaxing, the staff were cute and the food tasted great.
the absence of eggs on the regular breakfast menu was surprising. however, they were available upon request, it would be better if they were included.

the room included lip balm, pillow mist, fluffy towels and bathrobes. herbal teabags and a coffee machine were also available. i slept well in the comfortable bed (it was huge!).

staff were very helpful, beginning with a welcome glass of wine. the restaurant staff were knowledgeable about the menu and wines. they were very attentive.
