the staff was professional and warm. the decor was lovely. i found the housekeeping to be excellent. i liked that our suite on the fourth floor was spotlessly clean. there was a dressing area, a bathtub big enough for two, and a large walk in shower. soft fluffy towels were generously sized.

i noticed no magnifying mirror in the room. the mattress was not as sumptuous as expected.

The room had nice toiletries. the room service menu included full hot breakfast. cosy seating areas are tucked around the interior of the hotel if weather is not great. These areas are comfortable and inviting. the hotel also offers an excellent bar lounge.

Dinner was served in the casual dining area. fresh ingredients are used in the meals. the waiting staff was efficient and knowledgeable. breakfast stood out as particularly good. The quality was excellent and the taste was exquisite.

i was greeted with a complimentary cocktail upon arrival, a lovely touch. my room was upgraded to a suite, with a large comfy bed, sofas, and free films on the tv. the room was super clean and it was matched by the rest of the hotel.

the hotel staff were cute upon arrival and assisted me with my luggage to my room. reception was very warm and helpful. calling down to reception was a pleasant experience, and they were super accommodating.

I stayed in a sky suite, and it was good. the suite offered comfy sofas and a tv with a full channel list. the room was very clean, and the bed was comfy. I slept like a log each night.

The location was great for visiting the motor show. It was just a few minutes walk to the event entrance. there is lots of parking space available. the location offers a great view from the airside rooms.

I was disappointed. i found only one towel in the bathroom. I had to request more. we ate from the buffet. after our meal i realised there was a small menu of other options available like eggs benedict. the staff member did not mention this option to us and there was no menu on the table.

this visit was excellent the staff members displayed professionalism the breakfast selection impressed me greatly with its variety the room itself was very clean everywhere there were two different sized pillows on the bed the experience was superb i had a sky suite it had unique decor suited to the location.
