The location is a great asset to the hotel, close to transportation. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided great light in the room. Staff members were helpful. They assisted with directions and local information.

Excellent Central Stay

I found the location perfect for my needs. The hotel is close to both Hyde Park and Holland Park. The co-working space was spacious and convenient. The room included floor to ceiling windows which allowed for a lot of natural light.
I found no complimentary bottles of water available in the rooms. This would have been a welcome addition after a long journey. It is a minor inconvenience.

The staff members were helpful and attentive. Breakfast offered great variety and delicious choices. I found the connections to the city great with the nearby Notting Hill Gate underground station providing easy access.

the breakfast offered a vast variety with fresh bread. the hotel's colourful vibe added to the atmosphere. the bedrooms featured a calming design with white and wood elements and carpet-free floors
the cola stocked at the bar contained kola nut which triggered a reaction for someone with a nut allergy

location worked well enough.
the ironing board i got from reception was broke. it nearly cut my hand when it collapsed multiple times. the staff member at the desk didn't seem to care too much, and just said "these things happen".
