I stayed in a Petite Room, and I found everything I needed. It was quiet, I felt comfy, and also clean. I found the location great too. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed the fresh products used.

I found the shower small, and it was hard to turn on without getting cold water first. The bathroom was not very nice, I thought.

The location was great for exploring the neighborhood. breakfast had a lovely ambience, the server was polite. there was also a good choice of food. It was a nice start to the day.

I was given a small room, it was like a storage cupboard. the curtains were drawn. I arrived late and didn't complain. opening the curtains, i saw pipework and experienced noise. i didn't have any light, only the inner workings of the hotel.

i found the location to be perfect for exploring. i had easy access to the local chelsea area and kings road. the afternoon tea was a special experience, we were looked after beautifully. the delicious tea.

the carpet in my room was stained. the mirror was grubby. the room overall needed a facelift, so i was left rather underwhelmed.

The room offered a desk by the window, perfect for work. Large beds featured excellent bedding, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast included very good options. The location provided easy access to restaurants and shops. The concierge was helpful, addressing every need. I found this service really good. The suite provided ample space and comfort. I appreciated the convenience and support available throughout my stay.

During my visit, I did notice some minor maintenance issues with the shower, such as the shower head spraying a bit erratically, but the staff addressed my concern promptly.
