the breakfast had a good selection , and the staff were very friendly. i found the access to the metro very convenient for getting around. the location was ideal , with restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
my room faced the train station , and it was quite noisy , i could hear trains throughout the night.

The breakfast had everything one could want, a relief.
The carpet near the bed looked filthy, it really did. There was no kettle in the room. I'm not sure how I was supposed to make my tea. The receptionist acted so cold, it felt as though more training might help them.

I found a good selection of cafes and bars within a few minutes walk from the hotel. It was also only a short Uber ride into the city centre, costing a reasonable fare. The breakfast was wonderful. The cafeteria offered a fast lunch option, and a little shop inside met quick shopping needs.
The pool did not match my expectations based on its photos.

the location was really convenient, close to transport links. the swimming pool was a plus for a city hotel. i found the breakfast had a nice variety. the reception staff were cute, especially when i needed help with parking information.
the area rug in my room had some noticeable stains (but they removed it promptly).
