limited storageshower sealing
I was a bit disappointed. the room i booked, the 'superior double or twin room', felt smaller than i expected. storage was limited. I struggled to find space for my things. the shower lacked proper sealing so water leaked onto the floor easily (it was quite annoying).

the staff were helpful. facilities were good. not much else to say.
The room lacked soundproofing, a major issue, especially at night. I could hear everything from the street. additionally, the minibar wasn't restocked daily. it was quite annoying and inconvenient, it affected my stay.

I received a complimentary glass of wine at check-in (so refreshing after traveling!). The bed in my room was comfortable. It seemed like I was sleeping on clouds.
The cab could not drop me directly at the front door. I had to walk about five minutes.
