I found some aspects disappointing. the breakfast service was slow. It took a while to get my order. the room service menu seemed overpriced for the quality. also, the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. It was difficult to manage toiletries.

the beds were great. the hotel had a very nice layout. the toilets were luxurious with heated seats, i really enjoyed that! it was also easy to take the tube because it was close to many things.
The service charge was a bit high, i think. Though the staff was good.

The staff was attentive. They welcomed me right after i stepped into the lobby, and escorted me to the elevator, a great first impression. i found them friendly and helpful .

Breakfast included both a la carte options and an open buffet. I chose eggs benedict one day and the traditional english breakfast another day. both of my selections tasted delicious and were presented beautifully.

The hotel has quirky decor and cool interior design. Unique touches are everywhere, like the dog head handrails inside the elevator. i found the room super clean and well appointed for my entire visit.
