Excellent Stay, Minor Hiccup

The room was super clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable with soft, white bedding. I also appreciated the good-sized television. The bathroom had a double-sized shower. The location was convenient, near the town centre and train station, and traffic noise was minimal.
The telephone service was inoperative during my entire stay. I highlighted it to staff but it was not fixed, and it was also reported by another resident upon check-in. This lack of functional communication created an inconvenience.

The staff were friendly. I appreciated the good choice of food offered in the restaurant. My room had a clean shower, that was nice.
The bar service was slow one evening. I waited for 40 minutes in a queue for a drink, it was quite annoying. The room was vibrating due to music. I had difficulty sleeping because of the noise from the function room.

The bed linen felt very comfortable. the shower was fantastic. I especially liked the shampoo and conditioner. the swimming pool was also nice and relaxing. it was easy to order room service online, and the food arrived quickly.
The car park had small spaces. This made parking my vehicle a challenge.

The staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices at the buffet. I found it a pleasant surprise. i was also able to use the gym and found it very well equipped.
I noticed some dim lighting in the room. That detracted slightly from the overall experience.
