Excellent Stay, Minor Hiccup
super clean room comfortable bed convenient location
The room was super clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable with soft, white bedding. I also appreciated the good-sized television. The bathroom had a double-sized shower. The location was convenient, near the town centre and train station, and traffic noise was minimal.
The telephone service was inoperative during my entire stay. I highlighted it to staff but it was not fixed, and it was also reported by another resident upon check-in. This lack of functional communication created an inconvenience.

The room was modern and well equipped, furthermore it had comfortable beds. A good choice of pillows was available. The bathroom included a double-sized shower adding to the comfort.

excellent stay overall!
comfortable linen fantastic shower quick delivery
The bed linen felt very comfortable. the shower was fantastic. I especially liked the shampoo and conditioner. the swimming pool was also nice and relaxing. it was easy to order room service online, and the food arrived quickly.
The car park had small spaces. This made parking my vehicle a challenge.

breakfast offered a great choice, including a full english, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. an a la carte menu provided more options, if required. evening staff were attentive and efficient.

helpful staff buffet choice well equipped
The staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices at the buffet. I found it a pleasant surprise. i was also able to use the gym and found it very well equipped.
I noticed some dim lighting in the room. That detracted slightly from the overall experience.
