great comfort hearty breakfast
the bed provided great comfort. the hearty breakfast included many options. the spa was an enjoyable experience. i found the staff to be pleasant. i also appreciated the convenient location in a pretty seaside town.

superb location short walk helpful staff nice stay
The location is superb. It's a short walk to the town center. Connaught Gardens are right across the road (perfect for a morning stroll). The staff was helpful.
My inland room was quite small. I think air conditioning is necessary for a four-star hotel. It was missing.

lovely stay, minor hiccup
attractive decor friendly staff beautiful view
the hotel had a lovely smell upon arrival. the decor seemed light and attractive, i liked that. all staff were friendly, i found them helpful too. the view from the terrace was beautiful.
My room was too warm. It was uncomfortably so. the balcony door also wasn't working. some lights were missing in the bathroom. i hope they fix that.

lovely stay near the sea
helpful staff complimentary gin tasty dinner dishes
the staff was genuinely helpful, from reception to the restaurant. i especially liked the complimentary gin and snacks provided in my room, it was a nice touch. the super king bed ensured restful sleep, and i enjoyed dining in the restaurant each morning and evening. the ribeye steak and the black bream dishes were particularly tasty.
my room felt quite warm, a bit uncomfortable. i wish the balcony door was fully functional .

i had a double room. the location was fine and the spa facilities were excellent. i enjoyed the pool both inside and outside. there was also a cozy garden.
the coffee machine did not work, but i informed staff.
