Matthew at the door was genuinely nice. He even remembered me! the suite i had was very spacious. a definite plus was the full kitchen in the room. i liked the balcony overlooking the area.
the front desk did not communicate, and i was charged for calling them.

I found a café that saved my mornings. I ordered my food there and staff brought it to the lobby. I relaxed and enjoyed my breakfast with coffee there. The underground parking was full. I discovered another option around the corner on Bay Street. It was convenient.

The location was great. Close to everything i needed.
The room was disappointing. the towels felt old and rough. the tv remote didn't work initially and i had to call someone to fix it. Quite frustrating.
