amazing lodging experience

i found the staff nice and helpful. doğan assisted me with various needs and offered recommendations. yusuf aided with my luggage and directions. breakfast included many options that were delicious.
there was some street noise audible from my room , but this is expected given the central location.

the location was excellent. it sits at the heart of beyoglu. the room was consistently cleaned daily! the size was spacious enough.
the kettle in my room was stained. it looked used. a sharp nail was protruding from the floor behind the main door. apply, twice.

Some issues .

non-working air conditioningsafety hazard
The air conditioning was not working correctly . It took hours to try to resolve the issue. The staff did NOT offer fans or other solutions, so I had to endure the heat. It was quite unplesant (understatement!). a sharp nail protruded from the floor behind the main door and that was a REAL safety hazard.
