absent soundproofing noisy air conditioner
the apartment was spacious, and the shower and bathroom facilities were excellent.
The soundproofing was completely absent, so i heard everything outside, including noisy people and neighbors. Sleep was difficult. also, the area nearby wasn't nice, it had homeless people and trash everywhere. the portable air conditioner was loud but didn't work well.

adequate stay with some disappointments
narrow stairs clogged shower
The apartment had narrow stairs. it was a real challenge to bring up larger luggage. once inside, the place seemed not cleaned thoroughly. There was trash from previous guests. the shower did not drain properly, and customer service only brought fresh towels but did not fix the actual problem.

narrow stairs poorly stocked
the stairs were quite narrow. they made it difficult to bring up my luggage. also, the kitchen was not well-stocked. i only found two coffee mugs for four people.
