Lovely Stay in a Historic Building

quality furniturehistoric buildingbusy car park
I found the room beautifully presented and spacious. It included quality pieces of furniture. The building has historic significance.
The car park was very busy when I arrived. It is shared with the cinema and other facilities. I had to manually top it up every 24 hours.

The hotel provided a great central location with many choices for dining. Bowland Brewery sat next door with good beer and food. I found it easy to attend local events.

adequate stay

bathroom designwarm receptioncomplimentary teainconvenient parkingshared cinemaevent noise
The bathroom was really well-designed and quite sophisticated. the main room had a similar feel to it, i think. i got a range of complimentary teas and coffees. That was nice, actually. i really enjoyed the warm reception i received when i checked into the hotel too. The staff member was really lovely.
parking was very inconvenient! it was shared with the on-site cinema and other facilities, a pain. topping up every 24 hours manually was needed to avoid a ticket too. the bedrooms were noisy when there was an event on though, and sadly there was one on saturday evening.
