The location is fantastic, super close to the town center. my room was super clean. The bathroom felt spacious, and i liked the L'Occitaine products. breakfast had so many choices. It was a great start to my days. i found the staff cute and very helpful!

I enjoyed the great room size and the spacious bathroom. The breakfast and dinner were also delicious. I found bright, comfortable areas to relax at the back of the hotel. The decor was lovely throughout the hotel.
The room was somewhat overdue for a refresh. There were stains on the carpet.

the location was good and the staff at reception were helpful enough.
My room needed some serious attention though. the carpet was stained. also, the window had paint peeling off and looked quite bad. breakfast asked i get my own tea and toast. I did not liked it for the price i paid.

I appreciated the spacious bedroom along with a big bathroom. A separate walk in shower was included in the room. The bed was super king size and very comfortable, I must say.
I noticed two large cracks in the sink. The sink looked dirty, it is true.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. Every request received immediate attention. The room provided an excellent level of comfort. I certainly relished the convenient parking available directly outside the hotel, a significant advantage.
I noted a very minor issue. The bathroom lighting was slightly dim for applying makeup.
