a tender escape

The room was large. a separate toilet with a sink seemed special. The shower is separate. It opens into the room. The wellness facilities includes a very hot sauna. I thought the breakfast had many choices.
the lack of house keeping were poor. The room was cleaned only once within 4 days stay. i had to ask multiple times for our towels to be exchanged. i found the lack of storage space in the room not enough.

The staff stored our luggage when i arrived earlier than check-in. They called a taxi to the airport when i left. Vasco at the reception was very cute and helped with all our needs. I thought it was perfect.

Breakfast included fresh pressed orange juice. The two bars had well trained staff. The cocktails were wonderful and flavorful. a very pleasant experience it was. i did enjoy the ambiance.

The hotel features a unique and interesting design.
The reception experience was poor. I felt unwelcome when staff prioritized later arrivals over my early check-in request despite my repeated attempts to secure a room.

the hotel's location was convenient. it was easy to access different parts of the city.
the staff didnt seem to care much, like they were just going through the motions. the room i had booked was not available upon arrival. they moved me to a smaller room with shower, and it had a bad smell like sewage.

the minibar had free items and refills were available. our room design was funky and fun. the modern wall tapestries in the atrium bar were cheerful. the location proved equidistant to everywhere we wanted to go, so that was very convenient.
the hallways seemed long when i tried to find my room. i found it eventually, but it was a bit of a walk

i did not eat at the restaurant. however, the bar food was very excellent. i loved the decor of the atrium bar you pass when entering. the atmosphere added to the overall experience.

the hotel location is very good. it is near many shops and restaurants. being next to the round tower makes it easy to find. it places you near lots of things.
