Staff were friendly and they did accommodate queries with ease. The room was nicely presented.
My room was not clean on arrival. I saw hairs on the wall in the shower and near the sink. The floor had dirt and a spider web by the window. I asked multiple times for the room to be cleaned, but the cleaning was not done.

The hotel is very close to the central train station. This made arrival and departure easy with luggage. A supermarket is conveniently located downstairs. I was able to store baggage when I arrived early and after checking out.
The room cleaning only happens every fourth day. This was a bit of a surprise.
