Adequate Stay with Some Downsides
cleaning absenceunreliable system
I found the room cleaning process odd I had to request it via a QR code. It is annoying to return to the hotel after a long day only to find the room unmade. There was no minibar either I think it would have been a nice addition to the room.

the metro was just outside, so city access was super easy. i had a superior quadruple room, so it was very roomy. the breakfast had fresh, organic choices, and that was a very welcome detail!!!

Excellent Stay Near the Metro

The location offered convenient access to transportation with the nearby metro station. My room had comfortable beds (I slept soundly) and a layout that suited my needs well. I found the staff consistently friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it was amazing with a great selection of foods.
I found the hotel's policy of requiring advance notice for room cleaning a bit inconvenient. I feel daily cleaning should be standard without needing a special request. This was a small issue though.

The hotel lounge area features cozy seating arrangements, convenient for work or relaxation. The breakfast area is comfortable (especially in the morning), and offers a good start to the day. The hotel has easy access to the city center and airport via the metro.

Mixed experience at the hotel

I was somewhat disappointed . The cleaning service was only available if you filled out a form the night before, WHAT?! This felt inconvenient. I found the towels provided were quite small, a bit annoying after a shower.
