the breakfast selection was excellent. i especially liked the fresh pastries, juice options, and made-to-order omelets. the staff was always friendly and anticipated my needs. the location of the hotel is very central. pharmacy and stores are nearby.
the room i had was quite dark. there were very few lights available, and this made it a little difficult to see at times, especially in the evenings.

The executive double beautiful room included a mini-bar and a tv. the decor was well kept. soaps were in dispensers. i did not have bottles. The beds were comfortable.

the hotel offers a breakfast area. the hotel also features an italian restaurant that opens in the evening. there is a bar just outside the breakfast area for drinks by the water. the hotel had books in the lounge area.

the hotel is centrally located in the nyhavn neighborhood. this location allowed easy access to many stores, including a pharmacy. the colorful buildings along the canal are right outside the door, and it's an easy walk to attractions.

sophie at the front desk was a highlight of this stay. she arranged for us to have early check in as our room was ready. moreover, she gave us fantastic recommendations on places to visit. the hotel itself is beautiful and the location is perfect.
the wardrobe was not big enough for us on a short break. there were no drawers for storage anywhere in the room so i lived out of my suitcase. the bathroom had no hooks for towels and little space for toiletries.

The room felt smaller than expected. It had style but lacked practical storage. I found no drawers for clothes. This forced me to live out of my suitcase. The bathroom also needed hooks for towels. and adequate space for toiletries. The daily room service was not thorough. I expected better attention to detail.
