The hotel provided complimentary and dependable transportation to Masjid Al Haram. The staff readily addressed all inquiries I had. My room was clean and room service responded quickly.
I found no restaurants located close to the hotel and food within the hotel was subpar. The hotel is some distance from the Masjid al Haram. Taxi fares were about 50 SAR. This seemed high relative to the distance. I needed to walk a considerable distance to reach the entrance of the mosque even when utilizing the provided shuttle.

The breakfast buffet included many options and tasted fresh! Free bus transportation operated every moment to the Haram, a convenient service. Staff members were friendly, helpful and provided necessities. It was a good service. Parking facilities were available.
The shuttle drop-off was far from the Haram. This required a 25-minute walk to reach the prayer area. I found this inconvenient, especially during busy times! Taxis were sometimes necessary and were not always easy to find near the hotel.

convenient shuttle service

the regular shuttle to the haram was convenient. it ran every 30 minutes. the rooms were spacious for three people and included beds that were super soft. there were restaurants and coffee shops within the hotel. basement parking was also available.
i booked two rooms and requested they be next to each other. staff repeatedly said to return the next day. i ultimately gave up on changing rooms, because staff gave conflicting information.

the breakfast buffet included many choices. there was also very good space around the breakfast area. a food buffet was the only option available during ramadan, but it was good.

a shuttle bus provided transport to the haram. the shuttle ride took approximately ten minutes. while the hotel is not close to the haram it offered pick up service, requiring a bus change at one point.

the staff was nice and helpful, i found. shuttles are available for drop off and pick up from the haram. the receptionist offered warm hospitality, which i appreciated. the staff was cute and smiling.

mixed feelings about the stay.
breakfast buffetlong walklingering smell
The breakfast buffet was adequate. It had the usual things i expected.
The shuttle service to the haram was more of a suggestion. it dropped us off quite a distance away, it meant a long walk i wasn't thrilled about. Especially with the crowds. the room itself wasn't great either, there was this lingering smell, kind of like old socks, that the cleaning staff couldn't seem to get rid of.
