check in was fast. the staff was knowledgeable. the hotel is large. the place is clean. i found the rooms were luxury. my room was very big. the bed was huge.

i found not much drawers and no coat hooks. the location requires taxis for everything.

the check-in staff was helpful with directions. the front desk provided quick assistance, and staff always worked efficiently. room service promptly delivered requests, and i think the service was attentive.

Check-in went smooth. The staff has extensive knowledge. The hotel is very big, clean, and luxurious. I had a nice balcony with a sea view. The bath has a view of the balcony, a nice touch.

I did find a lack of drawers. I also missed having coat hooks.

i found the interaction with the f&b team at dinner very pleasant. the service was warm but not intrusive. the front desk team was cheerful (which i certainly appreciated!). i loved the quick responsiveness whenever i needed assistance and would return for a longer stay.
