super clean hotel
clean hotel well trained staff luxury rooms huge bed
check in was fast. the staff was knowledgeable. the hotel is large. the place is clean. i found the rooms were luxury. my room was very big. the bed was huge.
i found not much drawers and no coat hooks. the location requires taxis for everything.

the check-in staff was helpful with directions. the front desk provided quick assistance, and staff always worked efficiently. room service promptly delivered requests, and i think the service was attentive.

the breakfast buffet includes many choices, like fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the med restaurant offers tasty meals, i saw vegetarian options were available. the rooftop bar has a good cocktail list.

the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes. the spa offers massages and treatments, i didn't notice a sauna. there are accessible pool areas for relaxation. sunbathing is an option.

smooth check-in extensive knowledge sea view nice touch
Check-in went smooth. The staff has extensive knowledge. The hotel is very big, clean, and luxurious. I had a nice balcony with a sea view. The bath has a view of the balcony, a nice touch.
I did find a lack of drawers. I also missed having coat hooks.

Staff demonstrated a high level of knowledge. I also noticed that the staff maintained the hotel's cleanliness at all times. They looked helpful and readily available when needed.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The quality of food seemed high, everything was fresh. I found the variety accommodating to many tastes.

warm service quick responsiveness
i found the interaction with the f&b team at dinner very pleasant. the service was warm but not intrusive. the front desk team was cheerful (which i certainly appreciated!). i loved the quick responsiveness whenever i needed assistance and would return for a longer stay.

the hotel has a shuttle to nearby places. free parking is available (a great convenience). the hotel is modern and clean, which contributes to a great overall experience for those with cars.

i found an excellent breakfast buffet. lunches are available in different restaurants. the quality of food was excellent. the service in both the infinity pool area and the med restaurant was fantastic.

the room was clean and modern. it included design elements (very well done). i had a super large bed in the upgraded suite. i got a bathtub in the room and see-through glass for the shower and toilet.
