The staff was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The hotel's decor was tasteful and created a cute and peace all around. I found the space enchanting.

The staff demonstrated diligence in every interaction. THAT impressed me. The personnel was friendly and forthcoming. The kids entertainers were fantastic with the children, playing games with them. The children were exhausted by the end of the afternoon.

the restaurant choices were limited , two restaurants were closed. there was no other offer to make up for this. i booked a coaching session at the gym , it was cancelled last minute. another guest requested a personal session , this was not great.

Our team found planning our visit straightforward, thanks to the S&M team. We enjoyed access to the spa area and outdoor pools. The breakfast restaurant particularly impressed us. The service level was very high! I also appreciated that the hotel offers WhatsApp messaging for easy communication. This made getting quick answers very simple.

The hotel features multiple pools and kids areas. These provide a great balance for restful times or family breaks. I found the gym to be well-equipped. The breakfast had a very high quality with a great selection. The adults-only pool was fabulous.

The restaurant offer was quite limited! Though, two restaurants were closed and no compensatory offer was made.

the gym coaching session i booked was cancelled last minute, that happened because another guest asked for a personal session. i don't think this provides great value for money. this was disappointing..
