I found the breakfast choices plentiful. The location provides convenient access to the train station. I also received a complimentary bottle of wine upon my arrival. The staff helped me with the train schedule and provided an adapter for my phone charging needs.

The room walls are quite thin. I could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms and the hallway. This situation could be problematic for light sleepers.

the junior suite was spacious with a LARGE balcony. daily cleaning kept everything tidy and fresh.

I waited a LONG time for the elevator. It stopped on almost every floor.

the hotel location is good , near many shops and restaurants. the breakfast was varied with lots of choices for everyone. staff were super friendly and helpful.

room cleaning felt rushed and not thorough. i stayed for several nights and the bed linen wasn't changed. the evening meal was often cold.

The breakfast lacked variety. It was the same every day. The coffee machine at breakfast wasn't great either. I had to get my coffee elsewhere. The walls felt thin. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms, not ideal, especially at night, so sleep quality suffered.

small fridge loud air conditioning

the room had issues a very small fridge leaked water the air conditioning on setting 2 made a loud noise the balcony was also small it was disappointing that coffee and tea were only provided on arrival not daily that is not what i expect from a four-star hotel
