the staff were helpful .
The parking situation was a pain. I had to pay £10 per day. there was a very strong damp smell in the downstairs area. my room had an odd setup and wasn't comfy..

I totally adored my room! the bathroom was super clean , and the bed was super cozy , i slept like a baby! the breakfast buffet had so many delicious options! the location was perfect. I walked to all the major attractions with ease.
i wish i could have stayed longer!

I had a king room courtyard. it had a very comfortable bed, i slept well. the breakfast was lovely. The restaurant staff was friendly. it is great that the hotel is within walking distance of the city walls.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel has been renovated in recent years, evident in the decor. i had a nice stay again. i would love to return soon.
The breakfast selection could have been a bit wider. the menu items i ordered were very good.
