the spa treatments? i guess they were alright. the jacuzzi near the pool was kinda perfect, if i'm being generous.
so, i get to the room and no milk. like, none. i had to wander down the hall to some kinda milk station? bizarre. seriously, i seemed like i was in some dystopian dairy farm.

The room included a sofa and a spacious desk. A comfortable leather chair was also provided. I liked the fresh milk station on each floor. IT helped reduce plastic use.
The bar server seemed unhappy. His greeting lacked friendliness.

everything seemed to cost extra. i had to pay £12 for parking, even as a guest. the changing area floor was dirty. i found that disappointing.
