the staff was very friendly. breakfast was great with multiple options. complementary water and snacks were in the room upon arrival. the location is convenient close to the castle.
the mattress felt poor quality. the carpet had some dirty patches. the shower had bad water pressure, i don't liked it.

The breakfast choices WERE nice. I appreciated the attentive and polite staff. They ensured my stay was comfortable. The food, I think, was the best I HAVE experienced at a hotel.
I think the bed needs a new mattress and pillows. The shower pressure was very poor. the carpet in the room was very dirty in the most used areas.

The staff were cute and friendly. i received complimentary drinks and snacks in my room. It was a lovely touch. the location was also ideal for accessing nearby attractions on foot. the hotel provided free parking, convenient (a real plus in this area).
the shower pressure was somewhat weak, though still functional.

the breakfast included a good selection of items and the food was tasty. the restaurant offered a diverse menu for dinner and the quality of the dishes was high (i especially liked the fish and chips).
