i found the self check-in kiosks easy to use and staff were available to assist. the common area provided a space to have my own breakfast. the laundry facilities were useful and located inside the building.
the street noise was quite noticeable.

the room had a good size and i found the bed comfortable. easy self check-in and check-out were available.
i found the insonorisation to be quite poor. i could hear every noise from neighboring rooms, including moans, and the constant clanking of the ac unit was distracting (it never stopped). also, the rattling of trams passing nearby was quite noticeable.

The automated check-in and check-out process worked seamlessly. i found the shared kitchen very useful. It includes necessary amenities for simple meal preparation. the staff were very pleasant and helpful with my questions. the room was clean and the wi-fi quality was consistently high (i could even stream videos!).
i was a little surprised that basic rooms do not have tvs. it is not a major issue, but it is something to consider if you like watching tv in your room.

the location is very central allowing easy access to many attractions. check in was straightforward and fast due to the automatic system. a staff member assisted with questions i had about local transportation.
the room lacked sufficient soundproofing i noticed tram sounds outside.

Check-in was easy, automated, and FAST!!! The room had all the needed conveniences. It was a good size. The bed was also very comfortable.
The air con did not do enough to cool the room. It was too warm.
