charmed by the seaside experience

i enjoyed the direct mall access. it made shopping easy. the hotel beach was clean, i found it really enjoyable. the breakfast was rich. the selection was wide.
The air conditioning was a little loud. In my room, i noticed it a bit.

the staff was amazing and provided support on check in and check out. i was always greeted with a warm smile and ensured breakfast was perfectly prepared and on time. staff members were always very helpful and courteous.

mixed experience overall

dark roomloud air conditioning
The room was quite dark. There was little natural light. also, the noise from the air conditioning unit outside was constant and intrusive. finally, the 'beach' area was small and felt artificial. there were very few sun loungers available, and by mid-afternoon, it was entirely in the shade.

A Decent Stay

The hotel is at an excellent location. This location is in the center of everything. The hotel connect to a mall, it made shopping and restaurants very convenient. The staff are very hospitable and they did.
I found one thing that frustrated me. I did book it for my son and forget to add myself. When I arrived to the hotel around 3am, I did asked them to provide me a key as I didn't want to disturb my family. They refused my request.

I was a bit disappointed with the room. it felt quite dark (even with the lights on) and small. also, the "beach" area was tiny. I expected more of a proper beach, but it was a narrow strip of sand by a waterway. it did not live up to my expectations.
