The breakfast options were diverse and yummy. The hospitality was amazing. The porters and guest services personnel were warm and cheerful. I enjoyed every moment.

The AC wasn't working well. I contacted the hotel, but the issue was not resolved. I had a very poor night's sleep because of this.

the breakfast spread included many options. it was freshly prepared and very delicious. the staff was very helpful. they were super friendly, from the concierge to the reception staff.

The location was acceptable. It provided relatively easy access to various attractions.

The air conditioning in my Beautiful King Guest room 1 King was faulty. The room became uncomfortably warm during the night, and I reported it. No one addressed this issue, and I could not sleep well. The maintenance response was slow, and it affected my overall experience negatively.
