Fantastic Hotel Experience!

The location was great, just a short walk to the black sand beach and Loro Parque! There were many breakfast and dinner options available. The room was clean, and I received straightforward instructions when I checked in. This.
The staff seemed to focus their attention primarily on French and Spanish guests. This. Some effort to engage with all guests more evenly would be beneficial.

Two pools are on the hotel. The main pool maintains a comfortable 24 degrees, perfect for swimming. There is also a bar open from 11 AM to 11 PM.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of items. It provides many choices to suit varied tastes. The food was fresh and varied, so I always found something delicious to eat. Great coffee and hot chocolate were also available at the bar!

The room was quite new and cosy. very clean with comfortable beds. My room had beautiful views from its rooftop terrace. It was nice, quiet, and everything was really well-kept by the cleaning staff daily.

The hotel's location was alright since it was a bit away from the busy area and near the bus station.
The lack of smoking areas bothered me. There was only a tiny spot with two seats. I found some staff were nice, but others acted rude which I didn't like. The VIP service tempted me with a sales breakfast for a voucher, but they became unhelpful as soon I refused.
