convenient and comfy
friendly staff clean room great amenities convenient location
the staff was amazing when i needed to book a second night because my flight got canceled. the room was very clean, and i enjoyed all the amenities. i really appreciated the location since it was close to the station, and the shops were within walking distance.
The pillows were quite firm, and i could feel the springs in the bed a bit too much some nights. I would have preferred a softer mattress.

amazingly convenient stay

the staff gave service at the reception counter. i found a microwave, an ice machine, and a washing machine available for use. the hotel is close to the yaesu central exit of the station, literally a 3-minute walk!
the pillows were not comfortable, with an odd combination of fillings. i could feel the inner springs of the bed a little too much.

staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with inquiries, offering guidance on local transportation and attractions. they prepared the shipping label in advance (such a nice touch!). i felt very welcome.

nihonbashi station and the central station are both very close. it took approximately 3 to 4 minutes to walk to nihonbashi station. this made exploring very convenient.

I found the hotel to be very close to the train station. It was about a 10-minute walk after I got off the train. This was a loving gesture. The staff was so sweet and tried to help us.
The picture of the hotel was a bit deceiving on the website. It was older than I thought and much less spacious. The room had no drawers or a wardrobe for storage. The air conditioning made noise constantly, it bothered me.
