i found the location quite convenient. i also appreciated the availability of laundry facilities on the 12th floor, a very practical feature for longer stays.
the air conditioning controls were in japanese, it was tricky to adjust them initially.

a serene and convenient stay

I found the location very convenient with its proximity to various train lines. it made exploring easy. the room was quiet. I didn't hear hallway noise. sleepwear was provided daily and i felt secure .
The hotel is on a slight slope. I recommend awareness for those with substantial luggage!

the room felt a little small it was still manageable.

i loved the convenience of the 7-eleven right downstairs, it made late-night snacks and early morning necessities so easy to get. the room was very clean and felt relatively spacious for a city stay. i appreciated the free washer and dryer, though i did have to buy soap.
the gym equipment was limited. it had no weights and just a couple of machines, so my workout options were constrained.
